Our mission is to cultivate an environment where friendships, collaborations, and opportunities thrive through shared traditions and contemporary gatherings. By hosting intimate Shabbat dinners, lively happy hours, and unique community events, we bring together like-minded individuals who value connection and authenticity. Benjamin Sakhai
Building strong communities has always been at the core of my work, and I’ve seen how meaningful connections can shape both personal and professional success. My career spans hospitality, tech, and business development, all centered around creating opportunities for people to connect. After serving in an elite intelligence unit in the IDF, I became Director of Operations for a hospitality group in Dallas before founding HeyHire, a rapidly growing hiring platform helping businesses find top local talent. Based in Austin, I love cooking, hosting Shabbat dinners, traveling, and spending time with my dog, Mac.
Dillon Shipper
Bringing people together has always been at the core of what I do. I’ve built my career in real estate, social media, and brand partnerships, helping businesses grow and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. I founded Dude Fridges, a social media brand, and work as a Brand Manager at Doing Things Media, specializing in digital growth. My background in experiential marketing and community engagement allows me to create unique opportunities for people to connect. Now in Austin, I’m passionate about curating experiences. I love exploring new restaurants, traveling, and discovering local gems.

Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, I had little exposure to Jewish community and culture, which left me longing for a stronger connection to my roots. That experience shaped my passion for building spaces where people can form meaningful relationships. My career has taken me across different industries, from real estate to tech. I worked in my family’s holdings company, overseeing acquisitions, development, and operations. Now, I work at a tech company, gaining experience across different aspects of the business. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and staying active.
